Arrive Prague. Take in the beauty of this architecturally rich city.

Optional dawn walk over Charles Bridge. Guided walk of all the major landmarks including Prague Castle, the Cathedral with its stunning glass windows, and later a wander in Kampa Park. Take the funicular up Petryn Hill and watch the sun go down.

Hear the Astronomical clock ring in the hour from the Square as we continue to explore this intriguing city. Climb the tower, take in the Veletrzni Gallery featuring works by Picasso and Rodin, delve into the Palace gardens, and explore the back streets of Prague.

We travel to the Adrspach Teplice National Park and take a stunning walk through the Teplice forest and towering sandstone towers. We stay in a picturesque country village.

We take the loop trail through deep narrow chasms up ladders attached to giant towers of rock, through stunning scenery and take a boat ride across the lake.

We take the scenic road to Brno the modern capital of Moravia a city famous for its art galleries and shops. We stop for lunch in Olomouc the old capital and admire its fine architecture and the largest Plague Column. Then we travel on to Brno for the evening.

Day tour to the famous Moravian Caves and enjoy an hour's underground tour. Take the gondala up to view the massive chasm leading into the cave system and enjoy a picnic in the woods.

We travel from Brno to Telc an unspoilt UNESCO town with cobbled street and medieval fish ponds. Climb the tower, explore the beautiful Water Chateau gardens or enjoy a coffee in the prettiest Renaissance Square in Czech Republic. Stay in Trebon set amid miles of beautiful lakes and forest.

See Schwarzenberg's Mausoleum in a picture perfect setting. We stop in Hluboka for a guided tour of their fairytale castle. A quick stop at Cesky Budejovice to marvel at the largest town square in Europe and then on to Cesky Krumlov - 'Pearl of Bohemia'.

Explore the medieval town of Cesky Krumlov nestled at the bend of the Vltava River. Wander the castle and gardens at leisure and delve into the Marionette Museum or visit the shops.

We take the scenic route from Cesky Krumlov through Rozmberk and the Sumava Forest to the shores of Lake Lipno for a picnic lunch, and then on to Plzen the hometown of Pilsener (the world's original lager). We take a tour of the brewery and test the brew ourselves.

We visit the largest Synagogue in Czech Republic, climb the 102m tower, and visit the Beer Museum housed in the medieval malthouse. On to Chodova Plana the only beer spa in the Czech Republic. We travel the short distance to Marianske Lazne, the Spa town favoured by Edison, Goethe and King Edward VII and take a leisurely look around the town.

Take a guided walk through this spa town, with more than 60 hot springs.

We make a visit to Loket and enjoy the charm of this fortified medieval village, then head north to Terezin for a sobering guided tour of this Jewish Ghetto/Prison set up by the Nazi's. Then back to Prague.

We take the train to Kutna Hora for the day and see the infamous Bone Church and Silver mine.

Take the hydofoil up the Danube to Vienna.

Visit the Schonbrun Palace which highlights the wealth and splendour of the Austro - Hungarian Empire, and then compare with the modern architecture in Vienna City centre.

Depart Vienna for home.
